Controversial socialite and TV presenter, Mona Gucci, has disclosed the circumstances underlying the breakup of her friendship with social media influencer, Moesha Buduong.
According to Mona Gucci, as controversial as she is, she is always faced with criticisms especially from her circle of friends when she refrains from picking sides on trending issues.
She said her job as a critic and TV presenter has made her lose some friends including Moesha Buduong when she criticized ‘slay queens’ sometime back.

Although she noted that this marred her friendship with Moesha, it hasn’t deterred her from doing her job.
“This job we do as presenters has its merits and demerits. I have had my own share of challenges which includes losing friends. For instance, when I started talking about slay queens and the kinds of jobs they do survive, my close friend Moesha didn’t like it and attacked me.
“Our friendship ended because of that. So, when I heard she was sick and was appealing for funds, I didn’t do anything about it because we are no longer friends.” Mona Gucci bemoaned.

Moesha Buduong’s brother revealed earlier this year that she was hospitalized and in critical condition.
This came after it was said that she had injured her head after falling from a bar, sending her into a coma. As of now, there has been no update regarding the health status of Moesha despite a public Gofund introduced in her name.
