Musician Akwaboah reportedly charges between GHc70,000 to GHc100,000 per song

Ghanaian musician, Akwaboah, has reportedly written a song for American musician, Alicia Keys. According to sources, he charges between GHc70,000 to GHc100,000 for every song he writes Ghanaian musician, Gladstorm Kwabena Akwaboah, popularly known as Akwaboah, is reported to have written a song for American musician, Alicia Keys.

YEN.com.gh understands that Akwaboah, who is affiliated with Sarkodie’s Sarkcess label, charges between GHc70,000 to GHc100,000 for every song he writes. In an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, he was asked if he had sold any of his songs to the ‘Girl On Fire’ hitmaker.

His hesitation to answer the question soon became clear and remained so until entertainment critic and artist manager, Nana Poku Ashis entered the studio and declared that the Akwaboah had indeed written a song for Alicia Keys.

“I say it as it is and I would not lie. He has written a song for Alicia Keys. I will say the truth…” he claimed. When pushed to confirm the rumour, Akwaboah stated that he had set a ‘trap’, and Ghana would soon know the moment it catches a prey.
