Medikal has already paid me £80,000 to perform at his show in London – DJ Azonto

Ghanaian Disc Jockey and musician, DJ Azonto has disclosed that he has received part payment from rapper Medikal to perform at his upcoming concert at the O2 Arena in London.

Speaking to Dr. Prekese on Onua FM, the artiste revealed he has been billed as part of performers for the show and has already received £80,000 as payment.

He said the agreed amount for payment was £100,000, hence the remaining £20,000 will be settled after his performance at the show.

“Can Medikal have the show without me? Have you seen any father who eats and does not feed his sons? I have received pounds from Medikal, you will see me live in London. Medikal has paid and billed me.

“I’m taking £100,000, he has already paid me £80,000 [after performance then I take the £20,000],” he said on Onua FM’s Efie Ne Fie.

Medikal’s highly anticipated concert at the illustrious O2 Arena will take place on May 3rd. The rapper has been generating attention and gathering momentum for his concert since March.
